Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I just call and talk to someone instead of booking through the website?
Absolutely — please call us anytime you have questions. We’re always happy to talk through your situation, help you choose the right unit, or walk you through the rental process.
2. How do I care for my unit during my rental?
Our units are pretty straightforward to take care of. Keep the unit in a safe, dry location, make sure the airflow isn’t blocked, and give us a call if you notice anything unusual or have questions about how it’s operating.
3. Can I extend my rental if I need the unit for longer?
Absolutely. If you end up needing the unit longer than expected, just contact us and we’ll extend the rental for you.
4. Can the unit be delivered?
Yes, of course. We offer delivery for a flat rate of $250, so you can have the equipment brought directly to your location.
5. Can I rent a unit the same day?
Yes, of course. Same-day rentals are available depending on equipment and delivery availability, so give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.
6. What kind of electrical outlet or power does the AC unit require?
Our 1-ton units work with standard electrical outlets, which makes them easy to use in many spaces. Our 2-ton units may have additional electrical requirements, so we recommend checking the unit specifications or giving us a call before renting.
7. Do you deliver and pick up the equipment?
Yes. If you choose delivery, our delivery team will coordinate the pickup logistics with you using the information you provide during checkout.
8. How long can I rent a portable AC unit?
As long as you need it! Whether you need temporary cooling for a few days, a few weeks, or longer, we can work with your timeline.
9. Can I extend my rental if I need the unit longer?
Absolutely. Just reach out before your rental ends and let us know you’d like to keep the unit longer, and we’ll take care of the extension.
10. What happens if I have a problem with the equipment during my rental?
Give us a call right away and we’ll help figure out the best solution. Depending on the issue, that could include troubleshooting the unit or replacing it at no additional charge.
